PSPA Legislative Centre
Reliable legislative monitoring with regard to planned and ongoing legal changes in the area of alternative fuels.
PSPA Legislative Centre issues numerous opinions and positions on draft legal acts, which are the subject of public consultations, and actively strives for changes in law that will improve its quality. As part of the activities conducted by the centre, internal meetings and debates on the necessary legislative changes are organized. Their main goal is to identify and eliminate barriers that hinder the free development of sustainable transport in Poland.
Research and Analysis Center
An analysis and research unit whose purpose is to study the e-mobility market, collect data about it and analyse it.
The activity of PSPA covers a wide range of research and analyses, which resulted in numerous publications. A comprehensive analysis of the Polish e-mobility market, supplemented with forecasts for its development, is reflected in the “Polish EV Outlook” report, while the “New Mobility Barometer” examines the attitude of Polish people to electric vehicles – these are only selected publications that are released each year. Together with its industry partners, PSPA also implements pilot projects as part of which tests are carried out under actual in-use conditions.

Alternative Fuels Market Observatory
An institution monitoring the e-mobility market in Poland and in the world, which aggregates, processes and provides key information to market participants.
PSPA monitors the e-mobility market in Poland and Europe on an ongoing basis. For this purpose, it established the Alternative Fuels Market Observatory. News, events, reports, opinions, messages regarding electric vehicles, charging infrastructure or technology – Orpa.pl regularly provides users with the latest news on the e-mobility market, and a weekly monitoring report reaches several thousand recipients.
Elektromobilni.pl campaign office
A nationwide educational campaign carried out by PSPA in cooperation with the Polish e-mobility industry.
The overriding goal of the campaign is to shape the attitude of responsibility for the climate by pointing to the positive impact of e-mobility on the natural environment. The main tool of the project is the educational website elektrobilni.pl – the leading, independent source of reliable information on e-mobility in Poland.
The website, using modern and interactive forms of animation and content presentation, will provide knowledge and tools necessary to make informed decisions about converting a vehicle into an electric one
The campaign is scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2020
